Is this an insurance plan?

No, this is not an insurance plan. Our savings plan provides you with discounted prices on a wide range of dental services and products; you will pay for services at the discounted price at the time services are received.

How does a membership plan work?

Just show your membership card at the time of service. Members are responsible for paying all fees directly to the dentist.

When can I begin using my membership plan?

After you join either in office, on the website or by calling (888) 558-2513, you will be entered into our system immediately and can receive your member ID number the same day to begin saving.

How can I get additional membership cards?

If you need additional cards for your household, or have lost your card, please call Member Services at (888) 558-2513. We will be happy to send additional cards to you.

If my dentist refers me to a specialist who is not in the network, do I still get a discount?

You will only receive a discount by going to a participating Elite Total Care Plan location.

How will my purchase appear on my credit card statement?

Careington International Corporation administers this plan for Elite Total Care Plan, so you will see "Careington International" on your statement.

Telemedicine Questions

When should I use telemedicine?

While telemedicine can be used for a myriad of non-emergency ailments such as allergies, cold and flu, pink eye and urinary tract infections, telemedicine is not to be used for emergency situations. Should an emergency situation arise, call 911.

How much do telemedicine consultations cost?

Check with your specific plan for details on telemedicine pricing.

Can I use telemedicine while I'm on the go?

Absolutely! Since traveling can wreak havoc on your immune system, telemedicine is available while you're traveling within the United States.

Are prescriptions guaranteed?

No, prescriptions are not guaranteed. While DialCare doctors can write prescriptions and send them to the pharmacy of your choice, prescriptions are written at the discretion of your doctor. Also, keep in mind that doctors do not write prescriptions for DEA-controlled substances or other classes of medication such as mood-altering drugs, including antidepressants, antianxiety or lifestyle medications.

When can I use DialCare Mental Wellness?

Members can schedule appointments with licensed and trained mental health professionals between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. seven days a week.

How do I make an appointment?

Members can use DialCare Mental Wellness from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m seven days a week. Members may either call us at (844) 249-4094 for our team to schedule an appointment for them, or members can schedule an appointment via the app or website. Each appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes.

What conditions can DialCare Mental Wellness help with?

Our licensed and trained mental health professionals are trained to aid in depression, stress, eating disorders, addiction, relationship problems, anxiety, grief and more.

Can DialCare Mental Wellness help with emergency crisis situations?

If you are in a crisis situation, please call the Suicide Prevention Lifeline at (800) 273-8255 for help.

If a member calls DialCare Mental Wellness during a crisis situation, we will stay on the line and transfer the member to the Suicide Prevention Lifeline for further help.

How much does DialCare Mental Wellness cost?
